Discovery Package Internet Special includes admission to the Maritime Museum ships and a Historic Bay Cruise on San Diego Bay. Both for the price of general admission! Children 5 years and under are free for general admission ONLY. (limit 2 children per adult)
If you do have children under 5 years of age or younger you must upgrade them upon your arrival at the Maritime Museum for the Historic Bay Cruise option of the package. ($3 for each child 5 yrs and under) Please note the Discovery Package availability for the Historic Bay Cruise below before purchasing.
Discovery Package Internet Special Ticket Prices:
- $14 Adults - (save $3 per ticket)
- $11 - Senior (62 yrs +) and Active Military (w/ID) - (save $3 per ticket)
- $8 Children (17 yrs to 6 yrs) - (save $3 per ticket)
- NOTE: Persons 5 yrs and under are required to pay $3.00 for the Historic Bay Cruise portion ONLY.
(This fee is only applicable if you choose to bring your 5 years or younger child on the Historic Bay Cruise.)
Other museum special events or activities may require separate ticketing.
VERY IMPORTANT READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS
You must have access to a printer to purchase the Discovery Package Internet Special. If you cannot print your confirmation do not purchase this product. Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
DEPARTURE SCHEDULE
Everyday Service- 7 days a week
Daily: 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.
Historic Bay Cruises aboard Pilot are on a first come first served basis there are no reserved seats. Sgn up for your desired departure time as soon as you get to the museum. Sign-up is on the Berkeley ferry. All Parking meters have time limitations, please plan and act accordingly for your visit.
WILL CALL ONLY
We do not mail tickets. Print and retain your confirmation and present it at any Maritime Museum of San Diego ticket booth on the day you visit the museum to get your tickets. If you are not able to print your confirmation you cannot take advantage of this special.
SENIOR/MILITARY TICKETS
If you purchase a ticket at the senior or military price you will be required to show proof of age and/or valid active military ID when you pick-up your boarding passes.
If you are prone to sea-sickness, please take medication before you leave the dock.
SECURITY
All bags brought on board are subject to search. You will not be allowed to bring weapons, alcoholic beverages, chairs, or strollers on board.
* All passengers must also pre-pay Maritime Museum admission and/or the Discovery Package to participate in the Historic Bay Cruise. No other discounts are applicable or can be combined with other offers unless defined as the Discovery Package Internet Special. All persons must complete all cruises or sailing on the date of admission.(Please plan accordingly) No rain checks will be extended or offered. Schedule is subject to change. Historic Bay Cruises may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, safety concerns or for any reason determined by Maritime Museum of San Diego staff or regulatory authority. Postponements or cancellations may occur at anytime right up to departure time. Compensation or pro-rated adjustments for any purchase of tickets for a 'Historic Bay Cruise' or 'Discovery Package' which is subsequently cancelled by Maritime Museum of San Diego management will be handled solely by the museum's controller during regular weekday office hours (619-234-9153 x 103). Day of event adjustments will not be processed by on-site ticket personnel.
