Family Sleepovers on the Star of India

En Español

Imagine what life was like for immigrants and crew who lived aboard the Star of India during the Great Age of Sail. Come spend a night on the world's oldest active ship. The imaginary voyage back to the 1870s begins at 3:00 p.m. Saturday and ends at 9:00 a.m. Sunday. Living history staff will be your time travel guides as you raise sail, rig a bosun's chair, hoist cargo, sing sea chanteys, learn about celestial navigation, and eat "rat stew." All at dock side.
