Fun for the Entire Family
The LARGEST Tall Ship festival on the west coast hosted by the Maritime Museum of San Diego, will transform the North Embarcadero into a nautical theme park. More than twenty tall ships and other fascinating vessels from around the world will be visiting San Diego.
Held over Labor Day weekend each year and starts with a bang! On Thursday a day before FOS officially opens cannon fire will salute the entrance of the tall ships from all over the world as they parade around San Diego Bay finally ending at the Maritime Museum's docks. A limited number of seats are available for the tall ship parade.
Friday's musical entertainment starts with the legendary Chicago Six jazz band, then catch a wave with Mó Wasabi's surf and 60's inspired beach party music. Enjoy happy hour when dynamic singer Eve Selis takes the stage, who's incredible stage presence combined with her dynamic vocals make this a performance that should not be missed!

Festival of Sail is a special 4 day event. Returns, passes, general admission, and explorer/seafarer passes are not valid during the 4 days of Festival of Sail. A Festival of Sail Tall Ship ticket or Maritime Museum of San Diego Membership are needed to enter.
