Return Policy-For Store Merchandise Only (Does not apply to event ticket purchases)
Please check your order carefully before checking out.
You may return most items purchased at the Maritime Museum of San Diego’s on-line museum store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account originally used to purchase the merchandise. No cash refunds.
You will have to pay the return shipping cost unless the return is a result of Museum error. We suggest that you ship the items via a method that includes delivery confirmation. Please note that the Museum is unable to exchange items (unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.)
The Museum cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item of clothing that has been worn or washed
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Please print and fill out our return form and include with the returned merchandise. Returned merchandise should be shipped to:
